Refunds: Every pre-order is refundable in full, on request, at any time before the product ships — no reason required, no time limit. If a product is cancelled and never ships, every deposit is refunded in full without being asked. To request a refund, reply to your Stripe receipt or email the address below.
Cancellation: A pre-order is not a subscription. Nothing recurs, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from. You may cancel at any time before the product ships by emailing the address below, and cancelling means a full refund of what you paid. Deposits are held against refunds rather than spent, so a cancellation never has to wait on anything.
Privacy: No analytics, no trackers, no advertising, and no cookies. The fonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, so no third party sees your visit. The one script on this page runs only in your browser and sends nothing anywhere; it stores which capsules you have opened, and whether you have been here before, in your own browser's local storage, and clearing your browser data erases it. Cloudflare serves the pages and keeps standard server logs including IP addresses. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy, and no card details ever reach this site. If you email support, that message sits in an ordinary mailbox. Nothing is sold or shared beyond those parties.
Payment: Payment cards are accepted, and payments are processed by Stripe in USD. No card details are collected, stored, or seen by this site.
